AquaMetrix doesn‘t make sensors for clean, easy water. It makes sensors for the water that destroys everything else. For over 50 years, the brand has been synonymous with rugged, durable water quality instrumentation engineered for the harshest industrial environments—where conventional pH, ORP, and conductivity probes fail in months. The technology traces back to the original Great Lakes Instruments (GLI) differential patent, which AquaMetrix’s predecessor, Lisle-Metrix, was licensed to manufacture for the Canadian market. In 2010, the brand moved to the United States as the sole product line of Water Analytics, Inc.
The product portfolio centers on differential pH and ORP sensors (60-series and TX-series), a technology that isolates the reference electrode from the process to eliminate ground loop errors and enable indefinite electrode rejuvenation. Complementing these are contacting and toroidal conductivity sensors spanning ultra-pure water to brine, optical and Clark dissolved oxygen sensors, flow sensors, and multi-parameter controllers including the Shark series and the 2300—a compact unit that delivers PLC and SCADA functionality at a fraction of the cost. Applications include industrial wastewater neutralization, plating, chemical manufacturing, pulp and paper, municipal water treatment, and RAS-based aquaculture. For engineers and operators who have watched other instruments fail, AquaMetrix offers the one probe that still works when nothing else does.
