Kobold Messring GmbH is a German manufacturer of industrial measurement and control instrumentation, founded in 1980 by Dipl.-Ing. Klaus J. Kobold and headquartered in Hofheim am Taunus, Germany. The company specializes in instruments for monitoring, measuring and regulating physical quantities including flow, pressure, level, temperature and analytical parameters such as pH, conductivity, turbidity and density. Core products include variable area flowmeters, magnetic-inductive flowmeters, pressure transmitters, level switches and sensors, temperature switches and sensors, and analytical instruments. The KOBOLD Group also owns the HEINRICHS brand, known for Coriolis mass flowmeter technology.
