The Extech EA10 is a compact and rugged dual-input thermometer designed for Type K thermocouples, offering precise temperature readings and the capability to measure differential temperature between two probes. Its large, backlit dual reading display can be configured to show [T1 and T2], [T1-T2 and T1], or [T1-T2 and T2], providing flexible data presentation for various applications.

Temperatures can be displayed in °F, °C, or Kelvin (K). With basic accuracy of ±0.3% (+2°F/+1°C) and 0.1° resolution, the EA10 delivers reliable measurements suitable for a wide range of uses. A built-in timer function displays elapsed time and records the time when minimum and maximum readings are taken, adding valuable context to temperature logs.

An OFFSET key provides a zero function for making relative measurements. Additional features include Data Hold to freeze the display, auto power off to conserve battery life, and low battery/overrange indication. The EA10 comes complete with a built-in stand, protective holster, two Type K bead wire temperature probes, and 6 AAA batteries, making it a ready-to-use precision tool for HVAC, laboratory, and industrial temperature measurement tasks.
