Intelligent 3D Space Monitoring

Unlike standard sensors that only look at a single plane, the O3DC02 evaluates the entire volume of a scene. It measures the distance to more than 23,000 pixels simultaneously. This capability allows it to distinguish between actual obstacles (like a pallet, a wall, or a person) and irrelevant floor variations. The sensor is robust against ambient light interference, meaning it performs reliably whether used in dark warehouses or areas with high artificial illumination.

Integrated Evaluation Logic

One of the key advantages of the O3DC02 is its "Smart" capability. The sensor doesn't just pass raw data; it processes it internally. Users can define up to 20 different 3D monitoring zones. These zones can be linked to the vehicle's movement—for example, the warning zone can extend further when the vehicle is moving fast and shrink when it slows down. If an object enters a defined zone, the sensor triggers its digital outputs directly, which can be wired to emergency brakes, warning lights, or acoustic signals.
