The Intempco DTG03 digital temperature gauge is a complete solution for industrial temperature monitoring and indication, designed as an ideal replacement for bimetal, liquid bulb, and gas thermometers. Based on Intempco's patented MIST technology, it delivers optimum accuracy and performance. The gauge features a bright, large 4-digit red LED display and a linearized 4-20mA analog output for integration with control systems.

The DTG03 is factory calibrated to the customer's specified temperature range, eliminating the need for costly field calibration. If the application changes, the gauge can be re-scaled at any range within the sensor limits while maintaining its accuracy, without requiring recalibration in temperature baths. Reprogramming is done using an optional interface module and software.

All wetted parts—housing, probe, and fitting—are fabricated from 316 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The hermetically-sealed transducer is resistant to moisture and vibration, making the DTG03 suitable for harsh industrial environments. Standard extension cables are available with PVC or silicone insulated wires, providing installation flexibility.
