The SITAS 4AM3242-8JN00-0EA0 is the 24V-secondary version of the wide-range multi-tap SITAS transformer, sharing the same three-position primary: 400V, 385V, and 245V. With a 24V 2.63A secondary, it serves control panels where the control system (PLC, safety relay, HMI) runs on 24VDC derived from the transformer secondary — the most common architecture in modern automation — while retaining the dual-supply flexibility of the 8J primary tap arrangement.

Dual-Supply Panel Design

The 245V tap connects to a standard European 230V single-phase supply (the 15V margin accommodates typical grid overvoltage). The 400V tap connects phase-to-phase on a 400V three-phase feeder. The 385V tap splits the difference for installations where the measured voltage falls between the two standard values.
