The Fluke Calibration P3000 pneumatic deadweight tester (formerly Pressurements) represents over 50 years of experience in primary pressure standards. With features designed to improve accuracy, increase reliability, and simplify operation, the P3000 pneumatic can calibrate virtually any pressure sensing device including transducers, transmitters, gauges, and pressure switches.

Operating on the well-proven piston-gauge principle, accurately calibrated weight masses are loaded on a precision-lapped piston, balancing the upward force created by system pressure. Four basic variations are available: single pressure, single vacuum, dual vacuum and pressure, and oil-lubricated high-pressure models.

Pressure or vacuum is generated by an external source or optional built-in hand pump. All testers are fitted with a 1/4 NPT female external supply port for gas connection. Piston/cylinder assemblies are manufactured from materials providing stability, durability, and low thermal coefficients. The test station design with O-rings eliminates the need for PTFE tape or wrenches.
