The ElecTester places each sealed carton into a precisely dimensioned holder and applies gentle mechanical oscillation. It measures the damping value — the reduction in oscillation amplitude caused by the product's hydrodynamic behaviour — and compares it against operator-adjustable acceptance limits. Any deviation from the expected damping profile indicates a change in the product's physical properties, triggering an immediate audible and visual rejection signal. The package experiences only motion and vibration; no chemicals are introduced and no seal is broken.

What are the operational advantages over destructive QC methods?

Traditional milk quality testing requires opening and destroying sample packages, which limits sample sizes and generates waste.
