The COLO-191 is an electrostatic powder coating control unit from Hangzhou Color (COLO), built around DVC (Digital Valve Control) technology for repeatable adjustment of powder output, atomisation air, voltage, and current. The work.txt variant Colo-191-T-H corresponds to the ST-H mini configuration with an integrated 10 lb fluidising hopper for portable small-to-medium batch coating.

What do the preset and user programmes offer?

Three one-touch application presets cover flat panel coating, corner and complex profile coating, and re-coating — giving less experienced operators immediate starting points. An additional 20 storable user programmes allow experienced coaters to save optimised parameter sets for specific parts and powder types, reducing setup time between jobs.

What spray guns are compatible?

The control unit works with the COLO-08 manual powder spray gun (500 g, 100 kV cascade) featuring remote buttons for powder flow adjustment and programme switching, as well as with automatic guns for reciprocator and robotic coating lines. The 0–100 kV output is adjustable, with output current limited to 180 μA for operator safety.
