The Siemens SITAS 4AM4342-5AV00 is a 315VA safety isolating transformer converting 400V primary to 42V secondary at 7.5A. Why 42V at 315VA

The 42V SELV level (below the 50V touch-voltage threshold per IEC 61140) combined with 315VA capacity supports larger 42V tool fleets: multiple simultaneous grinders, drills, or work lights on an assembly line. The 7.5A secondary current — up from 5.95A in the 250VA version — accommodates additional loads or higher-wattage tools without requiring a second transformer.
