The Extech 461895 and 461995 combination photo / contact tachometers are capable of both contact and non-contact rpm measurements. Featuring an easy-to read and large 0.4" (5-digit) LCD display, the Extech 461895 and 461995 combination photo / contact tachometer's unique display has the ability to reverse direction depending on measurement mode you are in. These units are microprocessor-based and have quartz crystal oscillators to maintain highly accurate readings. The 461995 includes a laser for precision aiming of the unit.
The Extech 461895 and 461995 combination photo / contact tachometers have a memory that stores the last, the maximum, and minimum readings. A wide range of RPM (photo and contact) and linear surface speed (contact) measurements are provided. The Extech 461895 and 461995 combination photo / contact tachometers are highly accurate to 0.05% with maximum resolution of 0.1 rpm in either photo or contact mode. The narrow beam laser photo tachometer provides accurate non-contact RPM measurements and also allows for measurements taken from up to 6.5 ft from the target for improved safety and accessibility.
