Product Description

The Stucchi 1950 EM is a hexagonal energy distribution terminal that forms the operator interface of Stucchi's modular industrial dust extraction system. It combines three utilities — vacuum suction, 230V electrical power, and compressed air — into a single control point at the working end of an articulated extraction arm.

How does the EM fit into the extraction system?

The EM mounts at the end of a B5 (5 m) or B6 (6 m) articulated arm and connects to a wall-mounted vacuum turbine — ST1-M (1.3 kW, 150 m³/h), ST2-M (2.6 kW, 300 m³/h), or STM-TF (2.2 kW, 306 m³/h). All turbines deliver 210 mbar vacuum at 24V low-voltage control. The complete ST + B + EM combination provides a ready-to-use extraction station for handheld power tools.

What connections does the EM provide?

The hexagonal terminal offers one or two suction ports for dust extraction, one or two automatic 230V sockets that activate when a tool is plugged in, and regulated compressed air with a pressure gauge — plus a direct tool air output on the EM model. A manual suction ON/OFF selector and one or two condensate traps with manual shut-off complete the control interface. Maximum compressed air supply pressure is 8–9 bar depending on the turbine model.
