The 6ES7141-6BF00-0AB0 is a block‑shaped digital input module for the ET 200eco PN family. Mount it directly on the machine frame near the sensors, and connect your 3‑wire or 4‑wire PNP sensors via the four M12 input sockets. With 8 individually addressable inputs, integrated PROFINET switch, and dual M12 power supply, it builds a compact, fully sealed I/O station without a single terminal compartment or fan. The onboard IO‑Link Hub interface lets you attach a 16‑channel IO‑Link hub, extending the station without consuming another IP address on the network.

Wiring & Networking

• 8 inputs (IEC 61131‑2 Type 3) distributed over 4× M12 A‑coded sockets – each socket carries two independent inputs.
• 2× M12 D‑coded PROFINET ports with integrated 2‑port switch for line or star topology.
• 2× M12 L‑coded power connectors (1L+ and 2L+) provide redundant 24 V DC supply to the module and connected sensors.

IO‑Link Hub Interface

• One M12 A‑coded port configurable as IO‑Link master for a passive hub (e.g., 6ES7194‑0KA00‑0AA0), adding 16 digital inputs or configurable I/O without extra PROFINET nodes.
• All hub channels are transparently mapped into the process image of the ET 200eco PN module, so the PLC logic remains unchanged.
