X-axis travel reaches 4,000mm with Y-axis 2,000mm and Z-axis 1,200mm. The 120-tool automatic tool changer and dual-pallet exchange table (3,200×2,000mm) enable continuous production with part loading during machining cycles. Cast iron construction with PT100 thermal sensors and Heidenhain optical encoders ensures minimal thermal drift.

Aerospace structural components like fuselage frames, wing ribs and bulkheads often exceed 3 meters in length. The MONNALISA handles parts up to 4,000mm in X-axis, 2,000mm in Y-axis and 1,200mm in Z-axis. The dual-pallet exchange table (3,200×2,000mm) allows loading of the next workpiece on one pallet while machining continues on the other – eliminating setup downtime.
