The Wissner WiTEC Performance removes all three with its patented hold and press clamping - a sectional vacuum panel that grips even the smallest parts through the finishing cut-out - so finished components come off the table ready for the customer. Under the panel, FEM-optimized bridge structures ride on maintenance-free linear motor drives reaching 80 m/min.

Where does a 60,000 rpm spindle pay off?

Small cutters in plastics, aluminium, CFRP and GFRP, plus non-ferrous and stainless sheet, all profit from the high-frequency spindle range up to 60,000 rpm at 25 kW with standardized HSK interfaces. The platform spans WiTEC 2015, 32 and 42 sizes - tables from 2050 x 1550 up to 4050 x 2050 mm with 120 mm of Z - and modular options add rotary tables for 5D milling, laser cutting heads, up to 60 tool pockets and automatic feed, making one machine a multi-process cell.
