A green indicator confirms battery health above 14.5 V; a red indicator warns when voltage drops below 12.5 V. The LCD displays real-time voltage, toolstring current, or depassivation current during the conditioning cycle.

How does memory tool programming and data download work?

Connect the MCU to a Windows PC via USB and to the memory tool via the 9-way D-type socket. The unit programs logging parameters into the memory section before a run and downloads recorded data afterward at approximately 10.5 MB/min. The LCD shows tool current during active logging to help verify proper tool operation.
