Product Description
The ProMik MSP2250Net is a high-performance in-system component programmer built on an Embedded Linux Quad-Core platform for parallel, high-speed on-board ECU flashing in automotive and industrial electronics production. Available in full-rack, half-rack, and benchtop configurations, it integrates 20 configurable programming interfaces with a built-in multi-fieldbus communication module covering CAN-FD, BroadR-Reach (100 Mbit/s), and FlexRay for direct vehicle bus integration on the production line.
What programming interfaces does the MSP2250Net support?
The MSP2250Net supports JTAG at up to 50 MHz, SPI at 25 MHz (both with 1.5 m target cable length), I²C at 400 kHz (3 m), CAN at 1 Mbit/s (10 m), CAN-FD at 10 Mbit/s (10 m), and BroadR-Reach at 100 Mbit/s (10 m). The internal I/O voltage source is adjustable from 1.8 to 5.5 V, with an external source range of 1.2 to 5.5 V. An adjustable programming voltage supply (V_pp) delivers 2.7–13.5 V at up to 1.5 A continuous and 3.5 A inrush, with configurable inrush time limiting from 7 ms to 500 ms and automatic short-circuit protection.
How does SMART ICT integration work?
The MSP2250Net is SMART ICT compatible, meaning it can combine In-Circuit Test (ICT), flash programming, and Functional Test (FCT) in a single production step. The programmer interfaces with the ICT fixture through the bed-of-nails, executing flash operations while the board is still fixtured — eliminating a separate programming station and reducing cycle time. The absolute voltage tolerance on I/O lines when powered off is ±40 V, providing robust protection against ICT test voltages.
What software ecosystem is available?
ProMik provides the FlashTask Pro and Ponline_Pro software suite for programming job creation, sequence management, and production-line integration. The Linux-based architecture supports networked operation with remote job deployment and logging. An integrated power supply eliminates the need for an external PSU, reducing cabling and simplifying rack integration.
