Product Description

What distinguishes the four MV-LE sub-series?

The MV-LE100 (analog constant-voltage) provides knob-based stepless dimming for rapid deployment. The MV-LE200 (digital constant-voltage) adds button-panel adjustment, serial and Ethernet remote control, and sub-10 μs strobe response for high-speed applications. The MV-LE201 (digital constant-current) serves current-sensitive LED loads. The MV-LE202 (high-power) delivers up to 600 W per channel for demanding illumination requirements.

How are the controllers triggered for inline inspection?

All MV-LE controllers support external trigger input (4.5–24 VDC high, 0–2 VDC low) for synchronized strobe firing with camera acquisition. An internal timer mode allows free-running strobe sequences without external hardware. Digital models output a trigger signal for daisy-chaining multiple controllers in multi-angle illumination setups.

Which communication interfaces are available?

Analog models (MV-LE100) use knob-only control. Digital models feature an RS-232 serial port (DB9F) for MVS/SDK software integration; TD-suffix models add RJ45 Ethernet with UDP protocol for networked multi-controller management from a single host PC.
