Setra Systems, founded in 1967 by MIT engineering professors Dr. Y.T. Li and Dr. S.Y. Lee — the inventors of the variable capacitance transduction principle — and headquartered in Boxborough, Massachusetts, is a leading American manufacturer of high-accuracy pressure sensing and environmental monitoring instruments. Now a Ralliant company after having been part of Fortive (2016–2025) and Danaher (2001–2016), Setra operates from a 100,000 square foot facility at Setra Technology Park.
