The Dwyer BCHP is a hand-operated pneumatic calibration pump designed to generate both vacuum and positive pressure for adjusting or calibrating pressure gauges, transmitters, and switches. It delivers a pressure range of -28 inHg to 870 psi (-0.95 to 60 bar) using clean, dry air as the working medium.

The pump features dual pressure ports, allowing a reference instrument and the device under test to be connected simultaneously without additional fittings. An integral O-ring seals the reference port without tape sealant. The fine adjustment valve (standard on BCHP-KIT, optional otherwise) enables precise pressure control. A pressure relief knob provides safe, controlled release.

The BCHP is suitable for laboratories, production areas, and field calibration. It requires no routine maintenance and is not field serviceable. The optional BCHP-KIT adds 1/4" NPT adapters, a fine volume adjustment tool, and a hard plastic carrying case.
