The Macnaught HP Series Positive Displacement Flow Meter is designed for heavy duty industrial flow measurement applications. The Macnaught HP meters provide 0.5% accuracy of actual reading and 0.03% repeatability all in a compact footprint. No flow conditioning required. There are two sizes available including the 1/4in (8000 psi rated) and 1/2in (3000 psi rated). Three flow rates are also available including 0.13 to 26 GPH, 4 to 132 GPH and 0.5 to 8 GPM.

The meter features a stainless steel body with operating temperature range of -40 to 248°F (-40 to 120°C). Seal options include FFKM or PTFE for excellent chemical compatibility. The positive displacement design provides accurate measurement without requiring straight pipe runs upstream or downstream, making it ideal for installations where space is limited.

Applications for the HP Series include polyol and isocyanate ratio measurement in OEM equipment, additive injection systems, hydraulic test stands, and measurement of fuels, oils, solvents, and resins. The rugged construction and high-pressure capability make it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
