The WIKA CPP1000-H is a hydraulic hand pump designed for generating test pressure to calibrate mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements. Suitable for laboratory, workshop, or on-site use at the measuring point.

When a reference instrument and the device under test are connected, actuating the pump applies identical pressure to both. Calibration or adjustment is performed by comparing readings at any desired pressure value.

The pump features an integrated fine-adjustment valve for precise pressure setting and a 200 cm³ fluid reservoir. Media options include mineral oil or distilled water (water-based hydraulic fluids are not suitable). The freely rotating G1/2 female pressure connection simplifies instrument attachment. Reference instruments mount directly to the pump top; the test item connects via the included 1m high-pressure hose with G1/4 female thread.

Despite compact dimensions, the CPP1000-H enables simple and accurate pressure generation with an integrated switch from priming to high-pressure mode.

With dimensions of 280 x 170 x 120 mm and a weight of 1.9 kg, the CPP1000-H remains portable enough for field deployment while delivering the high-pressure capability of a benchtop system. An integrated mode switch allows the operator to toggle between fast priming and precision high-pressure generation without changing connections.
