What dispensing precision does it achieve?

Dispensing time is programmable from 0.001 to 999.9 seconds. Working pressure input is 0.6–0.7 MPa (optimal 0.6 MPa), with regulated output air pressure of 0.03–0.5 MPa. The vacuum suction function, adjustable from −20 to 0 kPa, prevents glue dripping and eliminates trapped air bubbles between dispense cycles.

How does automatic liquid level compensation work?

As the syringe empties, the controller continuously adjusts dispensing parameters to compensate for the changing liquid head height. This eliminates the gradual reduction in shot volume that occurs with uncompensated systems, maintaining consistent dispense weight from a full to near-empty syringe.

RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces allow integration with PLCs, robotic arms, and host control systems.
