The DFI X6X-ORN is a rugged, IP67-rated Edge AI PC designed for mission-critical computing in harsh industrial environments. Powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin platform, it delivers exceptional AI inference performance up to 157 TOPS. Its fanless, wide-temperature design ensures reliable operation from -20°C to 60°C without active cooling, making it suitable for outdoor, vehicle-mounted, and factory floor deployments.

High-Performance AI Acceleration

The X6X-ORN supports NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano (4GB/8GB) and Jetson Orin NX (8GB/16GB) modules. The Orin NX configuration delivers up to 157 TOPS of AI performance, enabling real-time processing of complex neural networks for computer vision, object detection, and sensor fusion applications.

Rich I/O and Camera Connectivity

Designed for multi-sensor environments, the X6X-ORN includes 4x USB 3.0 ports, 2x GMSL2 camera interfaces (FAKRA SMB), and up to 2x PoE (Power over Ethernet) ports. It also features 4x RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports (Intel i210), 2x CAN bus interfaces, and 2x M.2 expansion slots (Key E for Wi-Fi 6E, Key B for 5G/LTE with Nano SIM).

Rugged, Fanless, and Wide-Temperature Design

Engineered for demanding deployments, the X6X-ORN features an IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof enclosure, protecting against water jets and complete dust ingress. Its fanless design eliminates moving parts, reducing maintenance requirements. The system operates reliably in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C and can be stored from -40°C to 85°C. It complies with IEC/MIL-STD shock and vibration standards and carries CE, FCC Class A, and RoHS certifications.

Flexible Power and Management

The system accepts a wide 9-36 VDC input via an M12 B-code 5-pin connector, suitable for mobile and industrial power systems. It includes optional out-of-band (OOB) management support for remote monitoring and maintenance. The system runs Linux with JetPack 6.2 pre-installed.
