The Elfatek OCS-CU01 is a single-channel overload control indicator that integrates load cell sensors into crane safety systems. How does the OCS-CU01 prevent crane overload?

The unit continuously reads a connected load cell sensor. When the measured load crosses a user-programmable threshold, it activates one or more of its four relay outputs — typically wired to alarms, warning lights, or the crane's motion control circuit — to stop hoisting before an overload occurs. Advanced diagnostics detect sensor faults and wiring issues for enhanced reliability.

Is CANBus standard on all OCS-CU01 units?

RS-232 is the standard communication interface. CANBus is an optional configuration that must be specified at time of order.
