QUADRIOS 2011C400 blue solder connectors combine a built-in solder ring and hot-melt adhesive inside a 2:1 heat shrink tube. When heated, the solder melts and flows into the wire strands while the adhesive seals both ends, creating a waterproof, vibration-proof electrical splice.

Application: Strip both wires, insert them from opposite ends until the bare conductors meet under the solder ring, then apply heat with a hot air gun. No soldering iron or crimping tool required.

These connectors are sized for 1.5-2.5 mm² (AWG 16-14) cables, ideal for automotive, marine, and industrial repairs where moisture resistance is critical. Each bag contains 15 connectors.
