What changes when a marking laser reaches 200 W?

Three things a jeweller or component shop feels immediately. Cutting depth stops being the constraint on design, so individual pieces are cut out of sheet stock on the same machine that marks them. Layer excavation becomes practical for sculpted logo work rather than single-depth engraving. And cycle time drops across the board, since the galvo head moves at up to 7000 mm/s with pulse energy up to 1.5 mJ at 400 kHz, finishing batches that used to queue behind the cutting station.

The machine manages both management and ergonomics: dual control via PC and front touch-screen console so marking runs without a computer, an R-axis for engraving inside and outside rings and bracelets, a software-controlled Z-axis, double red pointer positioning, and optional part-detection scanning that finds piece positions in space without manual orientation.
