The L3MG belongs to the Leistritz L3M medium-pressure range of three-screw pumps, a single-volute, self-priming positive-displacement design for non-abrasive lubricating fluids. It is the cased version with a replaceable liner, chosen where the pumped medium or the operating duty makes easy maintenance a priority.

Sealless by design

A magnetic coupling transmits torque through the casing wall, removing the dynamic shaft seal entirely. That means zero leakage, which matters when handling crude oil, fuel oil, bitumen or grease where a weeping seal is a cost, a safety issue or a compliance problem.

• Capacity up to 300 m3/h and differential pressure to 80 bar
• Viscosity to 10,000 cSt and temperature to 280 C
• Axially balanced rotors with no rotor thrust
• Flange mounting to DIN or ANSI, with optional heating

Applications span oil and gas transfer and circulation, marine engine lubrication and fuel systems, and chemical duties for viscous, clean and lubricating media.
