What makes it last longer than a single-ended screw pump?

A single-ended screw set pushes axially and loads the thrust bearing on every revolution. The 216.10 uses a double-entry screw set, so the axial forces from the two ends cancel each other and the internal bearings run nearly unloaded — the pump simply wears less over the same duty.
