The TMX FLOW STS is a hygienic twin-screw pump whose two intermeshing screws form sealed chambers that move axially, drawing a vacuum at the inlet and building pressure at the outlet. The double-chamber action produces an almost pulsation-free flow.

How do I move a product without shearing it?

A gear pump or lobe pump traps fluid between mechanical parts and squeezes it, which damages shear-sensitive creams, gels and suspended solids. The STS carries product in the space between two contact-free screws, so the volume and physical character of the fluid are preserved from inlet to outlet.
