Why a 4th axis for engraving instead of 3-axis?

A 3-axis engraver cuts from the top only – it cannot reach the sides of a cylinder or the back of a 3D model without repositioning. The 4th axis on PC-1812C rotates the workpiece continuously, enabling full 360° engraving on cylindrical parts. For 3D models like mannequins and furniture components, the 4th axis provides the rotation needed for undercuts and curved surfaces.

What does multi-spindle mean for production?
