The RLSSP100 is a submersible dredging slurry pump from Relong, built to move sand, silt, sludge and gravel from rivers, harbours, tailings ponds and sedimentation basins. Motor and pump share one vertical shaft and the whole unit works submerged, so there is no need for a vacuum pump or a pump house.

Wear parts made for abrasive media

The pump shell, impeller and guard plate are cast in high-chromium alloy, which resists the erosion that quickly destroys ordinary pumps in slurry service. A triple hard-alloy mechanical seal keeps high-pressure water and grit out of the motor cavity, and the oil-chamber sealing protects the electric motor during continuous submersion.

• 100 mm discharge with 100 to 200 m3/h capacity

The design is widely applied in inner-channel dredging, harbour silt control, ore dressing and municipal sewer discharge, where the pump doubles as an excavator attachment or a fixed submersible unit.
