Product Description

A mobile valve bank that is bolted from three elements instead of cast as one block gives the machine builder one decisive advantage: the number of spools is chosen at build time, not at the foundry. The Veljan V20 stacks an inlet section, as many work sections as the machine needs, and an outlet section into one bolted unit, so a 2-function tractor and a 6-function loader draw on the same valve platform.

Why pilot operation beats lever operation on a multi-spool mobile valve?

Because a six-lever bank in a cab is a lot of mechanical leverage to run over long cable runs, and it wears out. The V20 is pilot-operated, so the spools shift under hydraulic pressure while the operator works a light joystick or pushbutton at the seat - and the standard spring-centered spools return to neutral the moment control is released, with detent options where a function has to hold. Each work section carries its own load check and optional relief, so one block protects every function, and UNF, BSP or NPTF ports match whatever the rest of the machine uses.
