Product Description
The WIKA CPP1000-M hydraulic spindle pump is designed for testing and calibration of small-volume pressure measuring instruments up to 1,000 bar (14,500 psi / 100 MPa). A fine adjustment valve is available as an optional accessory; when installed, only one shut-off valve can be fitted for a single test connection. This makes the M variant a cost-effective choice for applications where the fine adjustment feature is not required or where a simpler setup with a single test item is preferred.
The rotating spindle operates entirely within the pump body. This design eliminates the negative effects of bending torque associated with spindles that extend outside the body during rotation. A key advantage, especially for field use, is that the overall dimensions of the hand spindle pump remain unchanged during operation, with no external protrusion of the spindle.
With its 200 mm (7.9 in) test connection spacing — wider than the CPP1000-L's 115 mm — the M variant accommodates larger instruments or setups requiring additional clearance between the reference gauge and device under test. Like the CPP1000-L, it uses mineral oil-based fluid or distilled water as the pressure medium, with a brass cylinder, stainless steel piston, and aluminum rear flange construction for durability under repeated high-pressure cycles.
