Product Description

The E+H Flowphant T DTT31 Flow Switch measures relative mass flow rates of liquid mediums with virtually no pressure loss. The DTT31 can be configured with a second switch output or 4 to 20mA analog output for temperature monitoring or flow rates output as a percentage. NPT and G male threaded stainless steel connections offer adaptable installation for numerous applications. Function checks and processing information happen onsite thanks to the digital LCD display. A 310 degree rotational top house section makes for ready display access in various installation positions.

The DTT31 is ideal for cooling water circuit monitoring, leak monitoring, lubrication circuit monitoring, and filter monitoring. It features a thermal measuring principle suitable for DN 25 to 1000 (1 to 40in) pipe sizes. The measuring range is 0.03 to 3 m/s (0.1 to 9.84 ft/s) with maximum measurement error of 2 to 10%.

Maximum process pressure is 100 bar (1740 psi) with medium temperature range of -20 to 85°C (-4 to 185°F) and CIP capability to 130°C / 266°F. The unit provides one PNP switchable output and one 4 to 20mA analog output with LED and LCD display. IP66 enclosure rating ensures protection in industrial environments.
