The KEP SUPERtrol-I LE is a dedicated flow computer designed to meet the instrumentation needs for a variety of pulse-producing flow meters in liquid applications. It is a versatile instrument that can be programmed to function either as a rate/total indicator or as a fully featured batch controller with advanced batching features, including overrun compensation, auto batch start, and two-stage batching.

The instrument features an "EZ Setup" feature to rapidly guide users through basic configuration. Its alphanumeric display (available in LCD or VFD) shows measured and calculated parameters in an easy-to-understand format, with single-key access to measurements and display scrolling. The SUPERtrol-I LE's hardware inputs and outputs are "soft" assignable, allowing users to tailor the instrument to their specific application needs without hardware modifications.

Standard features include an isolated 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA analog output, an isolated pulse output, and an RS-232 serial port. The RS-232 port can be used for data logging, transaction printing, or connecting to a modem for remote meter reading. An optional RS-485 serial port using Modbus RTU protocol is available. A service or test mode assists with start-up system checks by allowing users to monitor inputs and exercise outputs. The unit is available in either a wall-mount or a DIN enclosure with two-piece connectors.
