The E+H Batch Controller RA33 is designed to record flow and control output signals for valves and pumps to ensure the exact dosing of predefined batch quantities. The measured volume can be corrected with the temperature/density compensation function. The filling process can be optimized with an automatic or fixed after-run correction. Mineral oils can be corrected according to the ASTM D1250-04 standard .

The controller features multiple communication options including RS232, USB, Ethernet, Modbus TCP, and Modbus RTU for flexible integration. It has 3 operation buttons and 14 function buttons for easy programming and control. Data storage is included for batch records .

Power supply options include 100-230 V AC (-15%/+10%) as well as low voltage 24 V DC (-50%/+75%) and 24 V AC (±50%) for various installation requirements. The IP65 enclosure rating ensures protection against dust and water jets. It carries CE, CSA GP, and NTEP (USA) certifications .
