The E+H Indumax CLS54D is a digital inductive conductivity sensor with Memosens technology designed for hygienic and sterile applications in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. Its virgin PEEK body is jointless and crevice-free with surface roughness Ra<0.9μm, meeting the strictest hygienic demands. Measurement range 100 µS/cm to 2000 mS/cm with cell constant k=6.3 cm⁻¹. Integrated Pt1000 temperature sensor with t90<27s response enables efficient phase separation. Process temperature -10 to 125°C continuous, sterilization up to 150°C for 60 minutes. Pressure rating 12 bar at 20°C, 8 bar at 125°C. Wide selection of process connections including dairy pipe, aseptic fittings, Clamp ISO 2852, Varivent N, and SMS-2". IP68 protection, CIP/SIP suitable.
