The WIKA CPP4000 is a hydraulic comparison test pump designed to generate pressures up to 58,000 psi (4,000 bar) for testing, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements. It is suitable for laboratory, workshop, or on-site use.

The pump features an integrated dual-area spindle pump with switching valves that enables rapid filling of the test system and smooth pressure generation. The precisely adjustable spindle pump also serves for fine pressure adjustment, providing excellent control throughout the calibration process.

Two test connections are equipped with G1/2 female loose union connections with double-ended metal cones. Two threaded adapters mounted on M16 x 1.5 male thread are included, with additional thread adapters available for instruments requiring different connection threads.

The CPP4000 is technically identical to the instrument base of the CPB3800HP dead-weight tester, ensuring proven reliability. Its compact dimensions (401 × 397 × 155 mm) and robust ABS plastic case make it well-suited for both laboratory and field applications. The 170 cm³ reservoir accepts VG22 mineral oil or optional sebacate oil. Wetted parts include austenitic stainless steel, high-tensile brass, and nitrile rubber.

The scope of delivery includes the instrument base, dual-area spindle pump, two test connections with adapters, 0.5L of VG22 mineral oil, a comprehensive tool and maintenance set, and operating instructions.
