The WIKA CPP7000 is a hydraulic comparison test pump designed to generate up to 100,000 psi (7,000 bar) for testing, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements. It is suitable for laboratory, workshop, or on-site calibration applications.

The pump features a smooth-running, internally operating precision spindle that enables fine control even at very high pressures. Since the spindle runs solely within the pump body, it eliminates any harmful bending moment that could occur with externally extending spindles, and the pump dimensions remain constant during operation. An integrated priming pump allows easy filling of large test volumes.

Two freely rotating test connections with M16 x 1.5 male threads and sealing cones allow connected instruments to be oriented for optimal viewing. The 250 cm³ integrated sebacate oil reservoir ensures adequate fluid supply. A safety overflow valve (adjusted to approximately 100 bar) protects the low-pressure circuit during priming.

The removable star handle and ergonomic design facilitate comfortable operation. Each unit includes two hardened stainless steel adapters for connection columns, a 0.5 liter bottle of sebacate oil, and operating instructions.

Applications include calibration service companies, maintenance facilities, and industrial workshops requiring precise high-pressure calibration.
