QUADRIOS 22C465 yellow heat shrink butt connectors are designed for heavy-duty power connections in automotive, marine, and industrial applications. The 4.0-6.0 mm² size (AWG 12-10) is ideal for battery terminals, inverters, and high-current equipment wiring.

These connectors feature a crimp splice with an outer heat shrink tube containing hot-melt adhesive. After crimping, apply heat to shrink the tube and seal the connection completely, creating a waterproof, vibration-proof splice rated IP68.

Application: Strip both wires, insert them into the connector, crimp with a ratcheting tool, then heat with a heat gun until the adhesive seals both ends.

Each bag contains 80 connectors – a practical bulk supply for service workshops and field technicians.
