Product Description
The FPH1-1270 series by Dr. Neumann Peltier-Technik GmbH is a high-temperature Peltier thermoelectric module designed to serve as the core temperature control element in a wide range of industrial and laboratory equipment. As a foundational component, it is integrated into the manufacturer's own product lines—including control cabinet coolers, dehumidifiers, and sensors—and is also available as a standalone module for custom thermoelectric cooling and heating applications.

High-Temperature Performance
- ΔTmax of 77 K: The module achieves a maximum temperature difference of 77 Kelvin between its hot and cold sides under optimal heat-sink conditions, placing it among the high-performance segment of standard Peltier modules.
- Up to 220 °C Operating Temperature: With silicone and PTFE-insulated lead wires, the module withstands continuous operating temperatures up to 220 °C—significantly exceeding the typical 80–100 °C limit of conventional Peltier elements. This enables deployment in high-ambient-temperature environments and in applications requiring elevated cold-side temperatures.
Materials & Sealing
- Flexible Sealing Options: Available with either silicone resin or epoxy resin encapsulation. Silicone sealing provides enhanced elasticity and thermal cycling tolerance, while epoxy sealing offers superior chemical resistance and mechanical rigidity.
- High Manufacturing Precision: Produced with tight flatness and parallelism tolerances to ensure optimal thermal contact with heat sinks and cold plates, maximizing heat transfer efficiency.
- Custom Manufacturing: Individually manufactured to customer specifications, including custom dimensions, lead wire configurations, and sealing materials.
Cycle Stability
- Extremely High Cycle Stability: The module is engineered to withstand a very high number of thermal cycles (heating/cooling transitions) without significant degradation. This is a critical quality attribute for applications involving frequent temperature switching, such as PCR thermocyclers, semiconductor test equipment, and industrial process control.
Applications
- Control cabinet coolers and dehumidifiers
- Sensor temperature stabilization
- Laser diode cooling and thermal management
- Optical component temperature control
- Laboratory and analytical instrumentation
- Thermoelectric industrial cooling solutions
