The Tecoo Electronics EMS103 Series is a ruggedized intelligent automation control module designed for continuous operation in extreme industrial environments. Engineered to withstand temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C (certified by IEC 60068-2), mechanical shocks up to 50G, and vibrations up to 5Grms, this module delivers dependable control in steel mills, mining operations, oil and gas platforms, heavy construction machinery, and outdoor energy installations where standard industrial electronics would fail. A conformal coating provides baseline protection against moisture, dust, and chemical contaminants, while an optional IP65-rated enclosure offers additional ingress protection for the most demanding outdoor and washdown applications.
Seamless Integration with Industrial Networks
- Protocol-Agnostic Connectivity: The EMS103 supports EtherCAT, PROFINET, and Modbus TCP as standard, allowing direct integration into existing Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff, and other PLC architectures without protocol converters or gateways.
- Versatile I/O Configuration: 16 isolated digital inputs—individually configurable for 24V or 110V logic levels—and eight 16-bit analog outputs (±10V or 4-20 mA) provide flexible interfacing with industrial sensors, actuators, valves, and motor drives. The high-resolution 16-bit analog output ensures smooth positional control and precise process regulation.
