The ICON Truflo ProPulse 2 Series is a high performance and accurate Ultra-Low Flow measurement that is highly repeatable under the most demanding of industrial environments. The ProPulse 2 operates using a PVDF rotor with encapsulated magnetic inserts, which rotate on a long-wearing set of sapphire bearings designed to provide years of reliability. As the rotor spins, the magnetic field produced by the magnets is picked up via a Hall Effect Sensor, which converts the rotation into a square wave NPN pulse, 4-20mA, or RS485 output that can be sent directly to a metering pump or local display.

The meter is designed for ultra low flow applications, with ranges down to 40ml/min and 0.01 GPM. It features excellent chemical resistance and is perfect for metering or dosing applications. End connection options include hose barb, threaded, flared, and straight pipe. The compact, lightweight design makes it easy to install in tight spaces. PPM and PPR models are rated NEMA 4X, IP65, and PPW model is also rated NEMA 4X IP65. Blind or display options are available to suit various application requirements.

Applications include dosing pumps, liquid chemical skids, metering, and pulsating flows. The rugged construction and wide output options make the ProPulse 2 ideal for precise fluid control in chemical and industrial processes.
