The ICON LevelPro NC30 Series Non-Contact Liquid Level and Flow Switch has been designed using high frequency technology to sense the presence of liquid, both conductive and non conductive. Suitable for non-metallic tubing, tanks, drums, and pipes. It detects through plastic or fiberglass and can measure up to 2" pipe diameter.

The switch operates on 6-30VDC with low power consumption. Supply current for pulse output type is max 0.6-7mA (OFF and ON state), and for S-relay output type max 0.6mA (OFF state). Switched current is 100mA for pulse output type and 3.3-40mA for S-relay output type. Remanent voltage-ON state is 1.8V for pulse output and 6.0V for S-relay. Maximum switching frequency is 1Hz.

The housing is PP material with PVC cable connection, rated NEMA 4X and IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. The non-contact design eliminates the need for direct contact with the media, reducing maintenance and contamination risks.
