The KEB Automation C6 E22 is a versatile, fanless industrial PC engineered to serve as a powerful real-time automation platform for motion control tasks. Based on the Intel Bay Trail platform with a quad-core Celeron J1900 processor (2.0 GHz, 2.42 GHz burst), the C6 E22 provides the necessary performance for medium-power motion applications.

Its key strength is its flexibility, offered in three distinct designs: a Panel version with a variety of display sizes and resistive touch technologies; a Box version without a display for custom integration; and a robust Book Mount version designed for space-saving installation in control cabinets. All versions operate fanlessly at temperatures up to 50°C, ensuring reliability in demanding conditions.

The C6 E22 excels in real-time communication with an integrated EtherCAT master, making it ideal for coordinating over 10 axes of motion. The system is configurable with BASIC, PRO, or ADVANCED CONTROL Runtime variants, and supports additional software features like visualization, OPC UA, remote maintenance, and an ISG-based CNC solution. An integrated micro UPS and a smart memory concept (60GB mSATA for OS/runtime, plus a CFast slot for user applications) ensure data integrity and system reliability. It runs on either Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Linux.
