The Rosemount PowerVUE Retrofit Kit includes all mounting brackets, hardware, and pneumatic tubing needed to upgrade an existing Hagan Pneumatic Power Positioner to digital control.

The PowerVUE design utilizes the same rugged Hagan actuator and frame construction combined with the accuracy and reliability of the Fisher FieldVUE DVC6000 Digital Valve Controller technology. No drilling or tapping of holes is required as the positioning system mounts directly to the frame, eliminating the need for connecting linkages.

Retrofit kits are available for Hagan torque-type power positioners including 4x5, 8x14, and 6x10 models. An existing Hagan torque-type power positioner can be retrofitted in a few hours.

Key features include direct 4-20 mA signal input with integral I/P converter, characterizable response, reverse or direct acting, and air lock upon loss of plant air supply. ValveLink diagnostics enable advanced troubleshooting and performance monitoring. Repeatability is better than ±0.5% of full stroke with travel time adjustable from 2 to 60 seconds.

The system is factory-designed for specific actuator models, ensuring proper fit and function. Additional features include manual operator and suitability for hazardous area service with explosion-proof, flameproof, or intrinsically safe options. The enclosure is rated NEMA 4X / IP66 with operating temperature range -40°F to +185°F (-40°C to +85°C).

Note: Retrofit kits are not offered for Hagan thrust-type units or Econotorque Models.
