The Rosemount 928 Wireless Gas Monitor detects H₂S, CO, and O₂ depletion in remote applications previously challenging to monitor. It integrates with WirelessHART technology (IEC 62591), eliminating expensive wiring costs. The monitor connects to the Rosemount 628 Universal Gas Sensor with tool-less hot-swappable smart sensor module.

Specifications include H₂S detection 0-100 ppm (±3 ppm or 10%), CO 0-1000 ppm (±6 ppm or 10%), and O₂ 0-25% (±0.5%). User-selectable update rates from 1 second to 60 minutes. The replaceable lithium-thionyl chloride power module offers over 2 years of service life and can be exchanged in hazardous locations. Intrinsically safe with CSA Division 1 and ATEX/IECEx Zone 0 approvals.
