MSI VibVue is an advanced, non-contact vibration analysis system that uses high-speed cameras and motion magnification software to visualize and measure the natural excitation signature of machines and structures . By analyzing high-speed video, it determines the frequency of vibration at every pixel in the image, from a safe distance. This allows for quick and comprehensive understanding of complex dynamic behavior, including higher-order modes caused by vane or blade pass frequencies, without touching the equipment .

The system provides much clearer and more accurate results than traditional Operating Deflection Shape (ODS) analysis, which requires placing hundreds of individual test points and can be susceptible to human error. VibVue displays the vibration data directly on the actual image of the machine, making it immediately obvious what part is moving and at what frequency . It can detect vibrations over 10,000 Hz at full resolution, with an industry-best detection threshold of 0.1 mil displacement at a 10-foot field-of-view .

The VibVue Lite Kit includes the camera, Lite and Analysis Lite software licenses, four precision lenses, a high-performance laptop, a flicker-free LED light, tripods, and a durable Pelican travel case. The VibVue Pro Kit upgrades the software to Pro licenses, unlocking features such as uncapped frequency detection (Warp Speed), modal analysis, live real-time diagnostics, automated report generation, and vibration standard chart overlays (ISO 10816) .
