The Extech EX505A Heavy Duty True RMS Multimeter measures AC/DC voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, dual sensitivity frequency (electric 1 kHz/electronic 10 MHz), type K thermocouple -4 to 1400°F (-20 to 760°C), and bead wire temperature probe -4 to 482°F (-20 to 250°C). It has a 6000 count backlit LCD screen, 0.5% basic accuracy, relative/data hold, and an auto power function. With a CAT IV-600 V safety rating and IP67 rating for water and dust, the EX505A is suited electricians and HVAC technicians and applications who require accuracy, durability, and safety in their electrical testing equipment.
